Job Description

Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to manage expectations and address any issues that arise. You will play a crucial role in steering projects towards successful outcomes while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate the mobilization and operational management of the Project Management Office. - Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets while maintaining quality standards. - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. - Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance productivity and innovation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication strategies. - Ability to analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
