Role Overview:

The Program Lead will oversee all aspects of the Unidata AI project, ensuring alignment with Unilab's business goals. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving strategic direction, maintaining timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of the initiative

• Lead and manage the AI project, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and designers
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
• Report to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and opportunities
• Drive the strategic vision and direction of the AI capability
• Ensure adherence to best practices in AI development and deployment
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field a Master's degree or MBA is preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in AI or data science projects
• Strong understanding of AI, data science, and machine learning principles
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
