We are looking for a results-driven Production Planner to coordinate our manufacturing workflows. You will manage the Production Plan (MPP), optimize manpower and materials, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining the high standards of the Kenneth Cobonpue brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Production Plan (MPP) to meet delivery targets.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and raw material availability.
- Monitor production capacity, generate workload reports per section, and resolve workflow issues.
- Conduct physical inventory/cycle counts for planning accuracy.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production Supervisors, and Job Out Coordinators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- One to two years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Fresh grads are also welcome to apply
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (especially charting and project scheduling).
