Job Description

We are looking for a Product Officer to take a lead role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and continuity of enterprise products across their lifecycle. This role sits at the center of product operations, service assurance, and cross-functional coordination, working closely with Network, IT, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services teams.

If you enjoy solving complex operational problems, leading incident resolution, and owning outcomes end-to-end, this role is for you.

What you will do

  • Act as a primary owner for product-wide service assurance and operational stability.
  • Coordinate with Network, IT, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services partners to resolve product-impacting incidents.
  • Lead solution development efforts for product-wide issues and enhancements.
  • Prioritize and manage disruptions that affect revenue reporting and customer commitments.
  • Drive root-cause analysis and preventive action plans with platform and operations teams.
  • Maintain clear documentation and reporting for incidents, trends, and resolutions.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in service assurance, product operations, or cross-functional service management, preferably in telecom or ICT.
  • ITIL Foundation certification required. Higher ITIL certifications are a plus.
  • Strong experience working in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Calm, structured, and decisive during high-pressure operational situations.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
