We are looking for a Product Officer to take a lead role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and continuity of enterprise products across their lifecycle. This role sits at the center of product operations, service assurance, and cross-functional coordination, working closely with Network, IT, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services teams.

What you will do
- Act as a primary owner for product-wide service assurance and operational stability.
- Coordinate with Network, IT, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services partners to resolve product-impacting incidents.
- Lead solution development efforts for product-wide issues and enhancements.
- Prioritize and manage disruptions that affect revenue reporting and customer commitments.
- Drive root-cause analysis and preventive action plans with platform and operations teams.
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting for incidents, trends, and resolutions.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in service assurance, product operations, or cross-functional service management, preferably in telecom or ICT.
- ITIL Foundation certification required. Higher ITIL certifications are a plus.
- Strong experience working in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Calm, structured, and decisive during high-pressure operational situations.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
