Product Officer, Solutions Development & Experience (Dual-Coverage Role)

This role serves as the dual-coverage counterpart to our primary Product Officer, ensuring continuity, redundancy, and operational depth across enterprise products. The focus is on parallel incident handling, complex investigations, and supporting product releases without creating single points of failure.

What you will do

• Provide dual coverage for product-wide service assurance and incident management.
• Support parallel handling of complex incidents, root-cause analyses, and platform releases.
• Work closely with Network, IT, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services teams.
• Help ensure service continuity and integrity of revenue reporting systems.
• Drive and support preventive action initiatives with operations and platform teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and SLA tracking.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in service assurance, product operations, or cross-functional service management.
• ITIL Foundation certification required. Higher ITIL certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and integrity in reporting.
