DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify opportunities for innovation based on market trends, customer feedback, and internal challenges.
Lead the ideation and development of innovative solutions, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to pilot, test, and implement new concepts.
Measure and report on the success and impact of introduced innovations.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and creativity within the organization.

TOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES:
Innovative Product Concepts: Development of detailed and viable product or solution concepts that address identified market gaps or organizational needs. This includes creating prototypes or proof-of-concept models to validate ideas.
Strategic Roadmaps: Creation of comprehensive development roadmaps outlining the key milestones, timelines, resources, and dependencies needed to bring new products or solutions from ideation to market.
Feasibility Studies and Business Cases: Conducting thorough feasibility analyses and crafting compelling business cases that demonstrate the potential value and impact of new innovations, including cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Successful coordination with internal teams (e.g., engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure that the development process is smooth and that all aspects of the product or solution are aligned with strategic goals and market needs.
Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovations and providing regular reports on progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 years of product development and management experience
Experience with cross-functional team leadership and managing projects through the entire product lifecycle.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
Good mix of startup and corporate experience
Telco experience is not required but a bonus
