Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in raising POs across the CV Group businesses
  • Assist in the onboarding of new suppliers
  • Responsible for maintaining /updating price books
  • Assistance with a request for pricing for big suppliers
  • Responsible for updating inventory items in the system
  • Assist Clark AP staff in analyzing AP queries before they come to the Brisbane office

Required Experience

  • With electrical background is a requirement
  • Familiarity with construction materials
  • Preferably at least 3 years experience in procurement (purchasing, sourcing, supplier, and/or inventory management)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel in particular)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of Electrical Engineering
  • Can speak both English and Tagalog
  • High accuracy in details
  • Must be a team player and can work with less supervision
  • Excellent time management and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
