Responsible for executing day-to-day sourcing activities, ensuring alignment with company and category direction. This role requires prompt response to sourcing needs, adept relationship management skills, and a passion for procurement excellence. The Procurement Executive will contribute to strategic decision-making through analysis and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft or equivalent software.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day sourcing activities in accordance with company and category direction.
Promptly respond to sourcing requests and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and documentation.
Requirements:
Graduated with a Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent software.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
