The opportunity
Project: An integrated mountain resort project in Pampanga, Philippines. Located between Angeles city and New Clark city. Phase 1 works include development of an 18 hole championship golf course, banyan tree main building and resort villas, club house, and ancillary site wide infrastructure and facilities.

We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking candidate to join our established and growing team in the Philippines.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the procurement process during the procurement phase.
Providing commercial management of contracts during the execution phase.
Providing stakeholder management across the project.
Managing supplier and contractor commercial relationships and engagement.
Implementing progress and dashboard reporting.
Maintaining procurement and contract commercial files and records.
Interfacing with legal team on conditions of contract issues and non-disclosure agreements.
Providing the support to the supply chain manager in ensuring all internal governance approval is in place to enable timely contract award.
Participating in the contract kick-off meeting and organising the supply chain section of the meeting.
Leading contract commercial reviews and attending progress reviews where necessary.
Participating in contractor performance management.
Ensuring contractual deliverables are met.
Resolving invoice discrepancies.
About you
You will have a bachelor's degree in any stream. You have experience in the same field would be an added advantage. You have knowledge on procure to pay process. You have good MS Office skills and communication skills and must have knowledge of Oracle and procurement tools.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
