Role Overview

Our client, a global consulting and advisory organization, is seeking experienced professionals to support procurement transformation and Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation initiatives across global markets. This role focuses on delivering digital procurement transformation projects, supporting enterprise procurement platforms, and driving process optimization initiatives for multinational clients.

The successful candidate will work within a global delivery environment supporting stakeholders across EMEA and APAC regions. The role involves leading or supporting end-to-end implementation workstreams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to capability development within the procurement consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Procurement Consultant will support and deliver end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation and procurement transformation projects across various industries and geographies. Responsibilities include participating in procurement digitalization initiatives and supporting enterprise procurement platforms and cloud-based S2P technologies.
  • The role involves facilitating functional design workshops, gathering business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and developing process documentation, including future-state process flows, configuration workbooks, testing documentation, and training materials. The successful candidate will contribute to testing phases such as System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing to support successful project delivery.
  • Candidates will also collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams, contribute to project management and change management activities, and support solution adoption efforts. Depending on project requirements, the role may involve managing specific workstreams or supporting broader procurement transformation engagements.
  • In addition, the position includes contributing to internal capability-building initiatives through knowledge sharing, training support, best practice documentation, and mentoring activities. Staying informed on industry trends, procurement technologies, and emerging digital solutions is also an important aspect of the role.

Qualifications


  • The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting or implementing Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions across cloud-based procurement platforms or ERP systems. Strong understanding of procurement operations, spend management principles, and procurement transformation initiatives is required.
  • Hands-on experience facilitating functional workshops, gathering business requirements, preparing project documentation, and supporting testing activities is essential. Exposure to procurement technologies such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, Jaggaer, or similar platforms is highly preferred. Experience integrating procurement platforms with ERP systems is considered advantageous.
  • Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across global and cross-functional teams. The role requires a self-motivated and adaptable professional who can work effectively in dynamic consulting environments and take ownership of project responsibilities.
  • A postgraduate degree, MBA, PGDM, or equivalent qualification is preferred. Certifications related to procurement technologies or enterprise platforms are considered an advantage.
