Processor Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Assist Processors with daily loan pipeline management
- Collect and organize borrower documentation
- Follow up with clients, escrow, title, and third parties for outstanding conditions
- Upload and review documents in the CRM/LOS system
- Help ensure loan files are complete and organized
- Maintain communication with internal teams and borrowers throughout the process
- Support the processing team with administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
- Previous mortgage experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely during US business hours
- Experience with mortgage CRM/LOS systems is a plus
