Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement optimized workflows to improve productivity, quality, and turnaround time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, map current state processes, and define future state processes.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flow diagrams, and documentation to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
• Monitor performance metrics to assess the impact of implemented changes and identify areas for further improvement.
• Support the automation and digitization of manual tasks where applicable.
• Facilitate training and change management to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, simplicity, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Analyze existing operational and business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or bottlenecks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or systems design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in process mapping tools, data analysis, and documentation.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (certification is a plus).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
