Your role
As a
Presentation Design Specialist, you will:
Design & Development- Refine and standardize PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, business reviews, and internal executive meetings.
- Enhance visual appeal through expert layout, formatting, imagery, and animation techniques.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while improving clarity, readability, and impact of key messages.
- Apply creative storytelling principles to transform technical or complex content into engaging visual narratives.
Collaboration & Communication- Work closely with Client Executives and Marketing teams to align design choices with business objectives and messaging goals.
- Interpret and implement feedback from non-design stakeholders to achieve presentation excellence.
- Support cross-functional initiatives requiring high-quality presentation materials.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables:- 5+ years of professional experience in presentation design, marketing, or corporate communications.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including templates, layouts, and visual design.
- Strong eye for design, typography, and layout.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate feedback into actionable design improvements.
- Proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Preferred skills/expertise:- Background in marketing or corporate communications.
- Experience with advanced PowerPoint animations and transitions.
- Familiarity with executive-level presentations and corporate storytelling best practices.
