Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize global paid advertising campaigns focused on student enrollment and lead generation.

This role focuses on campaign performance, ROI optimization, audience targeting, and enrollment growth, supporting the company during a critical expansion and enrollment cycle.

Client Overview:

Be part of a growing international online education business serving families worldwide through a fully remote operational model. The company relies heavily on digital marketing and paid advertising to drive enrollment growth across multiple regions and markets.

Schedule:

  • Full Time - 35h per week - flexible schedule with occasional meetings based on UK business hours

Responsibilities:

PPC Campaign Management

  • Day-to-day management, execution, and optimization of active PPC campaigns across all relevant advertising platforms.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and actively manage budgets, bid strategies, and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing page strategies to improve performance.
  • Scale campaigns effectively and strategically during peak seasonal enrollment periods without compromising lead quality.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Analyze campaign data to provide actionable performance insights, monitoring conversion rates and overall lead quality.
  • Identify fresh opportunities for efficiency, budget optimization, and global enrollment growth initiatives.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Contribute directly to long-term marketing strategy, scaling frameworks, and future growth roadmaps.

Collaboration & Marketing Alignment

  • Collaborate closely with global marketing, SEO, and web development teams to align PPC efforts with broader website initiatives.
  • Ensure landing pages, user funnels, and campaign messaging remain highly optimized for maximum conversion.
  • Support audience targeting strategies tailored for international, non-localized markets to drive student lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns and paid advertising strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and performance optimization mindset
  • Experience with lead generation or enrollment-focused campaigns
  • Excellent written communication skills for ad copy and reporting
  • Ability to work independently within a remote team environment
  • High attention to detail in budget management and campaign tracking
  • Comfortable managing campaigns targeting multiple countries or regions

Highly Regarded Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in education, online learning, or international lead generation environments
  • Familiarity with global audience targeting strategies
  • Experience coordinating with SEO and web development teams
  • Understanding of conversion optimization and landing page performance
  • Experience scaling campaigns during seasonal or peak enrollment cycles
