Portfolio Analyst

Job Description Summary

As part of transactions management, the person will need to oversee the following Acquisitions, Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, Relocations, Lease Administration / Information Management.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Provide analytical support on portfolio performance planning.
  • Support liaison with local execution teams.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and conduct budgeting and projections.
  • Perform cashflow/investment analysis. Tracking of revenue pipeline and billing
  • Prepare and develop relevant and applicable real-estate portfolio management reports - cost models, negotiation tracker, transaction term sheet, project authorization form, closeout checklist. Collation of market reports from local brokers as required.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Building, Architecture, Business, Finance, or other relevant disciplines.
  • 0 to 3 years of commercial real estate experience.
  • Strong financial, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, with sound attention to detail.
  • Team Player with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Relevant experience in consulting, research, transaction brokerage and/or account management or property industry knowledge would be an added advantage.
