Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training

JOB SUMMARY
Under immediate supervision, performs administrative support and clerical functions, and does other related work.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.Records, scan and tracks all incoming and outgoing documents of the PMD-Proper
2.Receives and review Purchase Requests
3.Files and photocopies documents as requested
4.Follow-up urgent concerns as instructed
5.Answers telephone calls, undertakes initial information gathering from partners and stakeholder and
6.Performs other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time.
