JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, performs clerical functions, and does other related works.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Receives incoming communications, documents, and telephone calls
2. Prepares certificates, endorsements, etc.
3. Handles the data tracking of incoming and outgoing documents to and OBSUs
4. Properly maintain the records/files of the Logistics Management Division
5. Monitor submission of reports and other documents required by the office and
6. Perform other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time.
Job Outputs:
1. Data tracking system of incoming and outgoing documents.
2. Consolidated files/records of their unit.
3. Other reports required by the Office.

Initial Shortlisting:
Obtain 75% or 45 points of the maximum total score of Education, Training and Experience (ETE)
Second Shortlisting:
Top five (5) highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%

10. Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID /proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC renewal license and
11. Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or its equivalent for external applicants (Performance Evaluation/Appraisal) from the previous/current employer.
