Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Pega Platform.

- Additional Good To Have Skills: Pega Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Java Enterprise Edition, Java API for XML Processing (JAXP)
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.

Additional Information:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Pega applications, including workflows, user interfaces, integrations, and data models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Perform unit testing and debugging of Pega applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Pega Platform and associated technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
