We are looking for an Application Integration Specialist – Payroll Systems to support payroll platforms, integrations, and production support activities in a dynamic technology environment.

About the Role

As an Application Integration Specialist – Payroll Systems, you will support payroll-related applications and integrations while working closely with stakeholders, support teams, and business users. The role requires a blend of technical troubleshooting, systems understanding, and coordination across teams to ensure reliable payroll system operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support payroll-related applications and integrations in a production environment
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with incident and problem resolution
• Work with file formats such as CSV, XML, and flat files for data transmission and mapping
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support business and system requirements
• Participate in incident, problem, release, and change management activities
• Provide support during core EST working hours and assist with ad hoc support needs when required
• Help ensure stable and reliable payroll system operations and project deliverables

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HRIS, Payroll Operations, Business Analysis, or Technical Product/Project/Support roles
• Familiarity with ADP platforms, including:
• ADP GlobalView
• ADP Celergo
• GlobalMyView ESS
• Experience working with CSV, XML, flat files, and basic data mapping concepts
• Strong analytical skills and interest in technical problem-solving
• Experience in IT Production Support
• Understanding of Incident, Problem, Release, and Change Management processes
• Availability to work during core EST hours and provide additional support when needed
• Open to night shift and hybrid work setup (3x onsite)

Good-to-Have

• Exposure to Workday HCM and payroll-related modules such as:
• Workday Payroll
• Time Tracking
• Core HCM
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or asset and inventory management tools
• Experience with CA 7 Workload Automation or job scheduling tools
• Exposure to MFT/SFTP tools or vendor file transmissions
• Basic SQL or data analysis skills
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and audit controls
