About the Role:
We are seeking an individual with Payroll experience to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing payroll for our international and local employees, ensuring compliance with all payroll regulations and calculation accuracy. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with managing and controlling the financial ledger regularly.
Process Payroll (local and international)
Support in preparing internal and external financial reports
Investigate financial variances and analyze financial data
Key Skills & Qualities:
Extremely motivated and displays a high level of self-initiative.
Their attention to detail is second to none and they possess well-developed analytical skills.
He/she is always looking to improve his/her existing abilities and continuously develop as a professional.
He/ She possesses the ability to work well both within a team and autonomously.
Experience:
1+ years of accounts experience in payroll processing internationally (specifically Australian accounts) or locally
Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
Experience with Xero
