About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to support the account management of partners in a fast-growth scale-up. Unlike siloed account management roles in larger companies, this position is end-to-end: from pitching and onboarding through to campaign execution, and reporting.

Your portfolio will span leading wellbeing brands across categories like fitness, healthy meals, activewear, self-care, beauty, supplements, insurance and more. Some accounts will be managed at scale, while others will need deeper, strategic engagement.

Key Responsibilities

· Sales and Account Management

o Assist in winning and onboarding new wellbeing partners by developing compelling value propositions to decision-makers.

o Nurture and grow existing partnerships through reviews, optimisations, and new collaboration opportunities.

o Position the company as a trusted, long-term partner within each partner's marketing mix.

· Campaign & Platform Execution

o Negotiate and manage partner placements across quarterly campaigns to drive member engagement and results.

o Influence the structure and opportunities in company's placement campaigns alongside Marketing

o Manage partner platform onboardings, offer adjustments, and ensure partner collateral on platform is high quality and up to date.

· Growth & Data

o Collaborate with Marketing and Product to test and launch new features, placements, and engagement tools that grow partner engagement.

o Develop and deliver timely reporting for insights and decision making for internal and external stakeholders.

o Act as the voice of partners in shaping Company's growth.

Desired Skills & Attributes

  • 2–3 years in partnerships or account management (affiliate, loyalty, or media background is a plus).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or related fields
  • Track record in account management (optimisations, relationship growth).
  • Campaign management experience: planning, executing, and reporting.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong time management, prioritization and adaptability skills.
  • Strong commercial mindset, balancing partner success and member engagement
