Job Description

As aPaid Social Executive, your role is pivotal in orchestrating the performance of paid media buying campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution, from crafting compelling ad creatives and audience targeting to meticulous optimization-pausing underperforming ad sets and ads while scaling the top-performing ones.

What do you need to succeed
  • 2-4 years of full-time experience in digital marketing or media buying.
  • Experience in solving complex problems and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in working with Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other social ad platforms.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce, with preferred experience in platform shopping/catalog campaigns and product feeds.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Reporting tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work individually and in a team.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines, and able to manage daily emails and Slack communication with clients.
What awaits you in this role
  • Manage the performance of paid media buying campaigns in paid social platforms:
  • Mainly Facebook Ads & TikTok Ads
  • Execution of ad creation, audience creation, and optimization (pausing underperforming ad sets and ads // scaling top performing creative).
  • Collect and analyze data, hypothesize, and execute tests to continuously improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the Landing Page team to strategize and test high-converting landing pages alongside the social campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Creative Strategy team to plan, strategize, and test new and iterative creative concepts. This will be a combination of images and videos that grab users attention and motivate them to take action (purchase or lead).
  • Submit creative ticket requests and adhere to the existing ticketing system's templates and guidelines.
  • Build reports to transparently collaborate with our clients via Google Sheets.
  • Familiar with formulas like SUMIFS and VLookup.
  • Lead client and partner communications through Slack, video calls, and emails.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly calls with clients by helping prepare the agenda with social performance updates, optimization changes, recommendations, and trends/analysis (alongside your other team members from their respective areas of expertise: landing pages, paid search, creative, etc.).
Examples of day-to-day execution tasks:
  • Daily campaign check-ins (monitoring pacing, checking for disapprovals, optimizations).
  • Campaign optimizations (pausing ads, graduating ads from test campaigns to scaling campaigns, shifting budgets between campaigns, audiences, etc.).
  • Building new creative tests within the social ads managers.
  • Ensure ads are created and displayed correctly.
  • Building internal creative tickets/tasks for creative department team members to execute.
  • Relaying completed creative tickets/assets to the client for approval as well as back to our creative team with feedback/changes required.
  • Provide regular performance updates to clients via Slack or Email (2-3x per week). Inclusive of performance trends, optimizations, and recommendations.
  • Weekly agenda/slide preparation alongside other team member.
