We are looking for a Paid Search Manager who will be responsible for leading the strategy and efficient day to day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on innovation and meeting clients target KPIs.
Responsibilities
Perform competitive analysis around the current search landscape Manage monthly invoicing and billing
Execute paid search optimizations including ad copy tests and keyword management, bid adjustments, etc.
Track pacing and paid search budgets for assigned client programs
Implementation of campaign to ensure all timeframes and budgets are adhered to
Assist in the strategy development and execution of B2C and B2B paid search campaigns
Participate in brainstorm sessions
Effectively manage day-to-day client relationship(s), inclusive of educating clients on digital concepts, best practices, and trends
Oversee search and shopping campaigns, strategy, and execution
Identify new opportunities for clients both internally and externally
Work with cross-functional account teams including tech, creative, research, analytics and trafficking to see campaigns through to completion
Manage other digital marketing programs where applicable. Inclusive of display, remarketing and more
Manage junior staff with training, project prioritization, and client deliverables
Communicate with clients directly with minimal supervision
Develop and implement search test strategies (inclusive of, but not limited to: bidding, copy, positioning, etc.)
Analyze weekly campaign results, optimize programs, and execute client status reports
Requirements
Ability to manage different personalities as well as the ability to exude confidence and expertise in client meetings
Mastery of Analytics Platforms (GA, Adobe)
Deadline and detail-oriented
Hands on experience managing online campaigns across a variety of vendors (i.e. Google, MSN, Yahoo, Facebook, etc.). Kenshoo and DS experience a plus
Mastery of all basic SEM Fundamentals
AdWords Certification a plus
1-3 years paid search experience at least
Complete understanding of bid management systems/practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
Strong analytical and project management skills
Bachelor's Degree (Preference in Marketing, Data Analytics)
Must have client facing experience
