The major goal of the Outreach and Digital PR Manager role is to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and engagement through strategic outreach efforts, digital public relations, and effective team management. The role aims to establish meaningful connections with target audiences, influencers, and stakeholders while driving lead generation and contributing to the overall growth of the brand.
1. Link Building & Outreach Strategy and Implementation
Enhance website authority and organic traffic through effective link-building campaigns, securing the required
number of high-quality backlinks and achieving a healthy increase in organic traffic.
Research and formulate a comprehensive link-building strategy aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
Identify link-building opportunities, target audiences, and relevant niches for outreach.
Identify and compile a list of potential link partners, including influencers, bloggers, websites, and directories.
Conduct personalized outreach to establish partnerships, request backlinks, and foster relationships.
2. Performance Tracking and Reporting & Optimization
Utilize tools to track the impact of link-building efforts on organic traffic, rankings, and domain authority.
Generate reports showcasing progress, link acquisition, and the overall effectiveness of outreach strategies.
Continuously refine link-building tactics based on performance insights and industry changes.
Stay updated on Google's guidelines and algorithm updates to ensure compliance and avoid penalties.
3. Brand Awareness and Community Building
Enhance brand image, voice, and reputation through effective PR activities and cohesive brand messaging
across digital platforms.
Create and execute PR campaigns that highlight key brand initiatives, product launches, and achievements.
Cultivate relationships with journalists, bloggers, podcasts and media outlets to secure media coverage and features.
Generate engaging content, including press releases, articles, and thought leadership pieces, that showcase
the brand's expertise and value.
Distribute content through relevant PR channels and digital platforms to maximize visibility
4. Team Leadership and Development
Lead and develop the outreach team to achieve consistent monthly targets and successful outreach campaigns,
while ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration, onboarding new team members and effectively managing
team dynamics and performance.
5. Cross-functional Internal Collaboration
Foster relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, driving synergy and collaboration for the growth
of the client's or brand's digital portfolio.
Passion for digital PR relations and influencer outreach
2 -3 Years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, SEO, social media, PR, or related field
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Comfortable using Hubstaff to keep track of work hours
Our work schedule is from Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Philippine time. We use Hubstaff to time track work hours and monitor productivity output.
We have paid leaves, holiday pay, performance bonus, 13th month pay and team training and development.
