Job Description

ONSITE / OFFICE BASED: Double Dragon Plaza, Pasay City
The ideal Sales Executive has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at converting leads, building relationships, and closing deals. We're seeking a quick learner with strong listening and negotiating skills, and someone with a presence who can showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Maximize sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight into the needs of customers and prospects.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to discuss KPI and OKRs.
  • Cold call and Warm calls into company and partner leads and commit to customer service by agnostic solution selling.
  • Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results.
  • Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.

Daily & Weekly Responsibilities:
  • Qualify, develop, and maintain prospects via solution selling and value selling.
  • Generate new leads and grow existing relationships, maintaining an accurate salesforce environment while developing a robust funnel.
  • Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, putting outside-the-box thinking to work to develop new and unique sales tactics to gain a new logo.
  • Work with the Account Executive team to move customers away from one provider or technology to the other.
  • Utilize Salesforce tool to ensure standard processes during all sales stages.

Experience and Skills:
  • At least 1 year of experience in Outbound Sales or Account Management
  • Experience in pure sales background in a BPO Industry is required.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an advantage but not required
  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting is preferred
  • Must possess basic understanding of sales processes and principles
  • Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well
  • Office-based, night shift schedule
