Job Description

The Order Management Staff is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, resolving complex order issues, and supporting process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full order lifecycle from order entry to delivery of equipment to warehouse or direct to site.
  • Review and validate customer orders for accuracy, pricing, and compliance with company policies
  • Handle complex or escalated order issues, including discrepancies, delays, and complaints from internal customer.
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Maintain and update order management systems (Purchase Order date must be updated and Sales Orders dates should be aligned with this).
  • Analyze order data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, or process changes related to order management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in order management, operations, project management or customer service
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced Excel or data analysis skills
  • Experience in international order processing, project management and logistics
  • Team coordination experience
