As a Certified Oracle Cloud partner, we help our clients use Oracle's technology and applications to build their digital enterprise on the cloud; transform business functions, including finance, HR and tax; achieve maximum value on their investment through Managed Cloud Services; and help them manage risk and go live on time and on budget

Through our industry leading methodologies, you will work closely with our clients to transform their business.

About the Role

You'll be joining our Oracle Consulting services team. As a manager you'll work with the latest technologies and big-name companies on projects that are driving the future of those organizations. Our managers are expected to lead client engagements, create new opportunities and deliver exceptional client value. They will also drive knowledge sharing and care passionately about the development of our people.

Responsibilities

• Delivering projects focused on end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud transformation.
• Using our industry leading methodologies to transform client's businesses.
• Being available to travel to client sites anywhere in Southeast Asia and potentially internationally.
• Contributing to our continued thought leadership, working closely with colleagues across the
• Firm, mentoring and coaching other team members, participating in development of go to market propositions and accelerators to improve our service offerings.

About You

• Experience in leading/managing financial systems implementations, preferably in the financial services industry.
• A minimum of 5 full lifecycle implementation projects covering EPM modules like FCCS, PBCS and ARCS.
• A minimum of 5 full lifecycle implementation on Oracle EPM Cloud
• Implementation experience in working on EPM modules like FCCS, PBCS and ARCS
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, with potentially multiple assignments.
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral) with a focus on the ability to influence and drive change through complex organizations.
• Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
• Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
• Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
• Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.

• Oracle Specialism or Certification
• Bachelor's degree as a minimum preferably Accountancy or IT
