We're Hiring! Oracle Cloud Financials

Location: Hybrid (12x per week onsite)

Schedule: Full-time | 8-hour shift

Salary: Php 160,000 Php 190,000/month

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials to join our team! You'll work directly with clients to design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud Financials solutions specializing in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and broader Financial modules.

Responsibilities:

Implement and support Oracle Cloud ERP Financials (Projects/PPM focus)

Gather and document business requirements; perform fit-gap analyses

Configure Oracle Financial modules and create functional design documents

Lead workshops, user testing, training, and conference room pilots (CRPs)

Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure successful delivery and go-live

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and executives

Qualifications:

Strong client-facing and consulting experience

Expertise with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials (especially Projects/PPM modules)

Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities across business units
