Job Description:

• Checking of shipping invoices and packing list against actual shipment label, ensure the pick list or shipment number, weight, number of cartons are correct and tally with the invoice and shipment packing list.
• Sending of pre-alert to customers
• Segregation of documents (CIPL) for daily shipments
• Downloading of and checking of BSR Sending of daily report and Pending report
• Counterchecking of AWB details versus CIPL to see if correct and in order.
• Scanning of commercial invoice and packing list + awb for pre alert purpose
• Encoding of AWB# in Baan Scanning of CIPL for booking purpose to forwarder
• Scanning of daily shipment for upload to one drive
• Filing of daily shipment
• Monitoring of proof of delivery for C and D term Document labeling and archiving of documents
• Segregation of boxes according to designated forwarder or courier
• Checking of urgent and expedite orders
• Turn-over of shipment cargo to courier/forwarder
• Performing release POD
• Observe the cleanliness of working and outbound area

Requirements/Qualifications:

. Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail
. Prior success working both individually and in a team environment
. Good written and verbal communication skills
. Ability to follow written and verbal direction
. Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications
. Excellent listening skills
. Adaptability to frequent change and improvements
. Regular and predictable attendance is essential
. Ability to wear the required Protective Equipment
. Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills

. You must be 20-25 years old with a high school diploma or college level is an advantage

Knowledge in import/export, PEZA and BOC process is an advantage.
