Job Description

As an Operations Support Staff, you will collaborate with the FPMO team and cross-functional client and partner teams. Your responsibilities include the development, preparation, and execution of client presentations, functional process flows, and ongoing client and partner support.



Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Night shift (Tues - Sat 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
Work Setup: Permanent WFH

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an Executive Administrative role
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google applications

What awaits you in this role
  • Provide timely and effective operational support to the FPMO team, collaborating with our partner and client's stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the FPMO team and cross-functional client and partner teams for the development, preparation, and execution of client presentations, functional process flows, and ongoing client and partner support.
  • Participate in projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting potential solutions.
  • Develop, analyze, maintain, and distribute client status reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including the preparation of data for business review with our partners and/or clients.
  • Provide support in the Recruiting and Hiring lifecycle, including consistent and ongoing communication with our offshore recruiting team, distribution of data to our clients, and scheduling and coordination of candidate and interviewing teams, as well as the management of candidate feedback submissions.
  • Participate in partner and client status meetings, as well as various team meetings and training sessions, as required.
  • Remain flexible to support other FPMO team functions as business conditions might dictate.
