About the Role

As a Process Excellence Senior Specialist within our Innovation & Transformation Office (ITO) in Taguig, you will bridge the gap between global strategic goals and ground-level execution. Moving beyond standard documentation, you will own your vertical's improvement agenda, using data mining, automation, and rapid prototyping to turn complex operational challenges into lasting competitive advantages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Transformation: Serve as the Transformation Lead to design and deliver a long-term future-state operating model built on operational agility, digital transformation, and industry excellence.
  • Service Excellence: Spearhead the customer experience agenda, identifying leverage points in the user journey to elevate satisfaction and ensure global consistency.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Use quantitative data mining and Lean Six Sigma to re-baseline metrics, reduce process variation, and shift operations from reactive to proactive.
  • Scalable AI & Automation: Identify, design, and prototype AI-driven solutions, MVPs, and automation opportunities using generative AI and no-code tools.
  • Stakeholder Orchestration & Storytelling: Partner with cross-functional global teams and uplevel complex operational narratives into clear impact stories for senior leadership buy-in.
  • Capability Building: Mentor and train operations and site-level teams on Lean principles and modern innovation methodologies.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Service Sector operations, with a verified track record in Strategic Transformation, Digital Transformation, or Process Excellence.
  • Certification: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Digital Fluency: Knowledge of emerging tech (RPA, Low-code/No-code tools) and proficiency in using GenAI/Prompting for daily workflow analysis.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading end-to-end innovation during high-stakes organizational shifts, delivering measurable ROI, and influencing senior stakeholders.

Good-to-Have

  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB).
  • Demonstrated experience building functional MVPs or prototypes using no-code/AI tools.
  • Deep domain knowledge in a specific vertical (such as Ads, Marketing, or Legal) to drive Value Engineering.
  • Strong ambiguity management skills in complex environments.
