Job Description:

  • Construct and cascade timelines for managing executions for onsite mileages - enforce compliance to set timelines from requesting teams with reminder in key GC's
  • Prepare homepage priority plans, ensuring they are aligned with the approved prioritization logic - Communicate with requesting teams to understand their business priorities, sense-check with PM or Lead against our defined Prioritisation Logic
  • Supervise asset setup - Once plans are approved, work with Marketing operations to ensure that the assets are properly set up
  • Ensure availability during campaign live dates as required - this can at times require the Specialist to work on weekends and take late shifts to manage pivot executions or emergencies
  • Homepage Optimisation - Working with regional stakeholders in planning and executing A/B tests to help in homepage personalization or any recommendation logic to help improve the effectiveness of mileages
  • Tracking performance of Onsite mileages - regularly monitor the performance of mileages and flag movements in number to the PM and/or Lead


  • Communication - This is a highly cross-functional role, being comfortable initiating clarifying conversations with multiple PIC's is essential to success
  • Attention to detail - The plans across the listed assets are generally layered be meticulous in building and managing the plan and identifying inconsistencies
  • Resilience - we sometimes have to balance multiple conversations and planning requirements at the same time must be able to work well under pressure
  • Google suite champion - the majority of our work is executed on trackers essential to be comfortable working on G-Suite, in particular, Gsheets
  • Motivated to learn - In time, the Specialist should learn to understand Marketing business priorities and performance metrics deeply should be passionate about self-educating!
