Job Description:

  • Manages GLFX, CTR Reports and Certifications of Inward Remittances
  • Exercises governance over Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) process, ensuring checklists are complete, DTPs are updated and stored in a separate inventory
  • Leads NFRR initiatives for Operations, offshoring, IQA
  • Coordinates for NFRR's assigned to other associates and teams
  • Reviews new LRR's as to applicability to NFRR processes, monitors/leads implementation till go-live
  • Acts as back up officer to other operational teams and associates
  • Ensures contingency for reports under his/her ownership
  • Serves as single point of contact for NFRR related items
  • Initiates, maintains and enhances communications with other business units and other appropriate line areas. Acts as one of Operations links to respond to stakeholder demands in a timely manner.
  • Identify, propose, implement process efficiencies
  • Reviews and monitors Service Level Agreements, reporting due dates to ensure submission within deadlines.
  • Adheres to written policies and procedures and continuously improve work processes.
  • Supports Payment Operations Head in NFRR, Operational initiatives
