This FintechFintech is a hypergrowthhypergrowth startupstartup based in the Philippines but backed by leaders and investors with international FintechFintech and Digital Banking experience.

• Setup the NFRNFR function, and grow the department
• Ensure that business growth is sustainable with strong Non-financial Risk policy, procedures, and controls
• Develop the overall NFRNFR framework of the FintechFintech
• Act as the NFRNFR POCPOC to regulators
• Ensure that sufficient risk mitigation strategy is in place per business unit and line
• Serve as the NFRNFR eyes of the business when it comes to overall strategy and business initiative
