Your Day-to-Day
- The Offshore IT Network Engineer/Cloud Network Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Corporate IT network, ensuring its reliability, security, and performance.
- This role involves handling BAU (Business-As-Usual) operations, break/fix tasks, firewall rule management, upgrades, maintenance, and provisioning for Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS).
- The engineer will also oversee SD-WAN management and ensure seamless network operations to support business objectives.

What We're Looking For
- The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in cloud networking, firewall management, and SD-WAN technologies, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently. This role is critical to ensuring the stability and security of the company's IT infrastructure.
- Expertise in cloud networking technologies, including firewall management and SD-WAN solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve network issues efficiently.
- Experience in managing BAU operations for corporate IT networks.
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining firewall rules and FWaaS provisioning.
- Ability to plan and execute network upgrades and maintenance activities.
- Clear communication skills to interact with stakeholders and document processes effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address challenges and align on processes.
- High attention to detail in managing network configurations and ensuring security compliance.

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City (Onsite)
Shift: Dayshift, Monday-Friday
