Multimedia Designer

Description

We are seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually stunning content that engages and informs our audience. You will work on a variety of projects, from marketing campaigns to social media content, leveraging your design skills to enhance our brand presence.

Skills and Qualifications

• Must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, product design, advertising design or a related discipline in a marketing environment.
• User experience certification or training
• Adobe Creative Suite certification
• At least 3 or more years of general design experience
• 2-3 years of experience specializing in interactive and visual design
• General Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience creating and exporting animated HTML web banners using Adobe Animate or Adobe After Effects
• Understanding of file size optimization for web design
• Understanding of design principles and how to apply them
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
• Knowledge of interaction design and user-centered experience design, including the fundamentals of information architecture, hierarchy, and layout
• The ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate as a team.
• Excellent organizational skills, an ability to multi-task, and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
• Strong communication skills working with clients and colleagues
• Ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly, capable of presenting visual projects to the leadership team.
• Can conduct need finding sessions to guide the organization regarding graphic design and visual communication needs
• Can organize multiple tasks and possesses strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
