College Graduate/UG of 2 years (completed 4 sems) of any field
Knowledgeable in analytics and has advanced knowledge & usage of MS Excel
1 - 2 years experience in a reporting role
Must have experience using Genesys, PowerBI/VBA/Programming and Macros (working with large data sets)

Roles & Responsibilities
Proactively interact with multiple internal/external stakeholders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for requirements and support required.
Analyze data and reports from various sources and provide actionable insights and suggestions.
Responsible for generating, maintaining, consolidating and tracking various reports and sending it to customers daily
Downloading data from client portal & sharing in a specific requested format
Work as per the client requirement & adapt the changes based on instructions
Maintaining TAT/SLA of sharing Reports to the Client at all times.
Prepare Adhoc reports based on the requirements from the stakeholders.
Identify the opportunities of automating on the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros and other techniques .
Consolidate, sort, organize and summarize data using basic mathematical operations
Evaluate current processes and procedures and identify issues along with the solution
Interpret data and metrics using charts, tables and other graphics in Microsoft Excel (primarily) and PowerPoint
