JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the evaluation of any system, methods and process to ensure efficiency of business operations and to recommend further improvement as needed.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Follows work plans and takes direction laid out by the Section Head.
- Evaluates proposed draft of circular / manual by Bank units.
- Ensures conformity with standard format of documentation.
- Identifies and recommends further improvements (if necessary) to ensure attainment of optimal level of quality.
- Reviews, evaluates and re-designs forms (as may be necessary) to meet reporting and operational requirements.
- Coordinates recommendations with concerned Bank units.
- Conducts manning level analysis / work measurement and establishes ideal manpower complement / expected output to serve as standards in aid of planning and performance measurement when necessary.
- Ensures proper upkeep of work area and equipment assigned to him or her.
- Conforms to Bank policies, rules and regulations.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any Business-related course
- Fluent in both written and oral communication
- Good analytical skills
- Must have at least one (1) year work experience preferably in Banking / Finance Industry. Work experience on Quality Assurance / Systems and Methods / Documentation is an advantage.
