Our client is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to oversee and optimize their multi-channel marketing funnels and affiliate programs. This role is crucial for ensuring consistent monitoring of marketing strategies and implementing timely adjustments to improve performance. The Impact you'll make
Marketing Funnel Management
- Monitor and optimize 3-4 marketing funnels
- Track performance metrics daily
- Provide regular updates on funnel performance
- Ensure marketing strategy effectiveness
Affiliate Program Oversight
- Manage multiple affiliate relationships
- Monitor affiliate program performance
- Implement program adjustments as needed
- Track affiliate metrics
Campaign Monitoring
- Monitor ad campaign performance
- Ensure marketing consistency
- Track marketing metrics
- Recommend strategic adjustments
Communication & Reporting
- Provide daily performance updates
- Create detailed marketing reports
- Document strategy adjustments
- Maintain clear communication channels
Measure of Success
- Establish comprehensive monitoring of all marketing funnels within the first 30 days
- Implement a systematic reporting routine for marketing performance metrics
- Successfully implement incremental improvements to funnel effectiveness
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- 1+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on funnel management
- Demonstrated experience managing affiliate programs
- Proven track record of using marketing analytics tools
- Strong background in performance tracking and reporting
- Experience providing daily/regular performance updates
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
