Coda is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Director, Partnerships Growth to join our dynamic Partnerships Marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and increase our market presence amongst our important industry partners in gaming, live streaming and beyond. This includes, but isn't limited to developing ABM and other digital strategies across channels (including events), as well as evolving into a top tier tool and destination for partnerships engagement. The role reports to and will be a key strategic collaborator with the Senior Marketing Director, Partnerships.


    • Lead revamp and ongoing evolution of with strategic guidance from Senior Marketing Director, Partnerships
    • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategies to drive partner acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience.
    • Collaborate with the Global Partnerships team to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Drive lead generation and nurturing initiatives through various channels, including email marketing, social media, events and content marketing as well as close collaboration re: SEO, and paid advertising with the Consumer Growth team
    • Act as the lead for B2B Marketing CRM function and integration.
    • Manage and optimize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer journey/experience.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and industry influencers.
    • Analyze data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize marketing channels, and report on ROI.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging B2B marketing trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
    • Monitor and track competitor activities and market trends to identify areas for improvement and competitive advantage.
    • Conduct research to identify current industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
    • Act as a functional expert, providing leadership to teammates with potential to manage direct reports


    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    • 8+ Years of proven experience in Marketing, B2B Growth Marketing Lead or similar role a plus
    • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on digital marketing, lead generation and partner growth.
    • Proficient in using marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and CRM systems.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and strategies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision making.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
    • Knowledge of the gaming, live streaming or content distribution industries is a plus.
    • Experience managing others and working collaboratively across the organization.
