Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: 1880 Eastwood Avenue, Libis, Quezon City
Work setup & shift: Onsite | Night shift

Your Role:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will:

Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns and assist in managing project timelines.
Support social media content preparation, editing, and publishing across brand accounts.
Monitor and engage with online communities and escalate customer feedback when necessary.
Maintain trackers for campaigns, assets, and promotional activities.
Coordinate product seeding activities, including shipment lists and logistics arrangements.
Assist with paid advertising coordination and creative material preparation.
Manage Shopify product listings and support order fulfillment and customer communication.
Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative support for marketing initiatives.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign support, or digital media.
Shopify experience (mandatory).
Excellent project coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.

Preferred skills/expertise

Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook management.
Understanding of paid social and influencer marketing.
Experience with Asana or similar project management platforms.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite.
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
