Job Description

  • Develop promotional and marketing materials/assets, ensuring information accuracy and brand consistency
  • Work across and communicate with stakeholders at global and region level to drive material creations.
  • Execute digital marketing activities, mainly electronic direct mail (EDM) marketing management, to promote new services and solutions
  • Support the project manager to coordinate information flow for campaigns and projects such as new solution/service launch, global customer surveys to enable collaboration and efficient communication
  • Support sales growth and customer engagement through the execution of direct marketing and development of collaterals.
  • Assist with external promotional tactics execution for areas such as tradeshows, customer engagement events, webinars
  • Coordinate creation and production of corporate giveaways
  • Update internal documents such as marketing calendar, budget sheet
  • Administrative support for procurement and payment processes
  • Manage vendors such as production agencies (creatives) to create promotional assets
  • Other duties as directed by the manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • At least 5-7 years of communication, advertising or marketing related experience
  • At least 2-3 years as a Marketing Manager
  • Experience or background in shipping/logistics is advantageous
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to craft clear, compelling messages.
  • Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus but not essential.
  • Marketing Expertise: Solid understanding of marketing principles, direct marketing programs, and promotional strategies.
  • Coordination Skills: Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all marketing materials.
  • Proactive Team Player: Initiative-taking and collaborative, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing marketing data to inform strategies and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative Thinking: Innovative mindset to develop fresh ideas and approaches for marketing initiatives.
