Company Profile: A PAGCOR-licensed company in the Philippines. One of the most trusted licensed and permitted companies to provide service to offshore gaming companies. This is a consultancy company providing customer service, IT services, outsourcing, and management. They are partnering with some of the biggest gaming companies around the world.

Position: Mandarin Product Development Junior Analyst
Industry: Online Gaming
Location: Makati City
Salary: P 70,000 - P 90,000 (SGD 1,800 - 2,300)
Schedule: Dayshift 10 AM - 7 PM

Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's Degree preferably Business Information Technology or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Know how to read a Software Requirement document.
Know how to call an API using Postman/Other tools.
Prototype/doing mock-up experience is a must.
Responsible, willing to learn, and take initiative on the tasks with minimum supervision from the superiors.
Easily adapts to the working environment and the demands of workloads from the management.
Willing to be trained for different kinds of products and applications.
Minimum of 1 year's experience in Product or Business Analysis roles in relevant industry
Knowledge of the gaming industry & experience in project management is a plus.

Job Duties:
Provide regular market & trend movement analyst reports to the Product Manager
Research and analyze industry trends and product improvement not limited to UIUX, and back offices, and recommend the product road map accordingly.
Organize and prepare analysis needs and feedback information, analyze data regularly, complete product continuous improvement and innovation, enhance user experience, and be responsible for the quality and effectiveness of continuous product releases
Understand and create both business and technical requirements.
Oversee UAT and Production progression, follow up, and report findings to the Product Assistant Manager and Developer Teams
Good in coordination and able to multi-task different product improvements.
Support daily ad-hoc inquiries related to the product's latest trends and direction.
The majority will be work from home but sometimes required to go to the office. Traveling is required when needed.
