Job Summary

The Management Trainee – Operations & Business Development is a developmental role designed to build the next generation of branch leaders for Exclusive Cars International Holdings Inc. (Hertz, Thrifty, and Dollar Car Rentals – Philippine Operations). The trainee will rotate across key operational functions including fleet management, customer service, sales, and branch administration, gaining hands-on exposure to the full scope of car rental branch operations at one of the country's highest-traffic locations. The role is expected to contribute to revenue growth, service excellence, and business development initiatives while progressing toward a supervisory position.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in managing day-to-day branch operations at Cebu Airport, including vehicle check-in/check-out, rental processing, and fleet readiness.

● Support the Branch Supervisor in achieving revenue, utilization, and compliance targets.

● Identify and develop business development opportunities including corporate accounts, travel agency tie-ups, and airport concession partnerships.

● Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints with a focus on resolution, retention, and brand loyalty.

● Monitor vehicle availability, turnaround time, and maintenance scheduling in coordination with the Fleet team.

● Assist in cash handling, billing accuracy, and documentation compliance in line with Finance standards.

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports as directed by the Branch Supervisor or General Manager.

● Participate in branch audits, QC inspections, and PMS compliance activities.

● Complete structured learning modules and rotation assignments as part of the Management Trainee program.

● Uphold and promote the company's vision of being the national leader in private mobility, emphasizing safety, customer convenience, and employee growth.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism & Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.

● Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are welcome to apply; exposure to car rental, automotive, travel, or service industries is an advantage.

● Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

● Driven, results-oriented, and eager to grow into a leadership role.

● Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with rental management systems is a plus.

● Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by airport operations.

● Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cebu.
