Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and track an affordable MD headcount plan
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure MD payroll remains below revenue growth
  • Support HR Leads by identifying MDs who are below Sales and/or Productivity metrics and work closely to track actions to uplift
  • Support the MD Performance Achievement and Promotion process

Skills / Experience:
  • Strong analytical skills are a must - experience analyzing large amounts of data
  • Data driven driven advisory - in addition to analyzing data, the Leadership Matters Program Lead must be able to translate the data into recommendations for the HR Lead
  • Senior stakeholder management
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong commercial acumen - able to understand the broader business context
