Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for taking incoming calls and placing outgoing calls on behalf of a company. These calls could be made in a range of contexts, including customer support, sales, product instructions, and billing questions. You might be in charge of taking orders, managing consumer complaints, and responding to callers inquiries.

Qualifications:
  • At least HS Grad (old curriculum) or SHS Grad (new curriculum)
  • With Excellent Communication Skills
  • At least 6 months of call center experience
  • Willing to Work on Site
