Job Description

Position Purpose: The Logistics Specialist handles the needs of the company to carry out its domestic and foreign trade operations. Specifically, the position is responsible for the following tasks: a. Coordinate with sales and planning department for the delivery arrangement of export sales to ensure delivery to customers. b. Prepare booking of shipments and coordinate with Broker/Forwarder for the sailing and delivery schedules. c. Provide shipping details to Sales and Warehouse for the schedule export. d. Coordinate with CSR for the approval of Bill of Lading. e. Obtain approval of CO requirements and administer other legal documents for foreign trade. f. Coordinate with forwarders for sending pre-alert to consignee or customer and sending shipping documents such as Air Way Bill or Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, CO, and other shipping documents. g. Track and monitor export until delivery and report POD. h. Review and validates billing invoice for export and prepare payment request. i. Manage and administer AEDS and the rest of electronic system related to export processing. j. Process permits for Bring Ins/Outs as required in the Ecozone. k. Other logistics related tasks.


Preferably a graduate of Business Management Course, Customs Administration or any related/equivalent course Knowledge on SAP Knowledge on IMPEX permits/documents/licenses processing At least three years of Logistics related experience, preferably with a Manufacturing Company engaged in both domestic and foreign operations Strong negotiation and analytical skills With Good Work Ethics and Trustworthy
