Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Fully Remote, Philippines

Salary: $4.00 - $7.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time

Job Description

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will support project planning and execution through scheduling, documentation, communication, procurement coordination, and inventory tracking. You will also serve as a key liaison between project managers, purchasing, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure accurate submittals, shipment tracking, system updates, and purchase order processing.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, procurement, or inventory tracking
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); Google Workspace is a plus
  • Comfortable learning and working with project systems such as Procore, NetSuite, Auto Quotes (AQ), Salesforce, and Bluebeam
  • Experience with procurement and inventory tracking preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review, compile, and upload approved submittals and RFIs into Procore
  • Extract and update red-line comments in Auto Quotes (AQ)
  • Track inventory, shipments, storage, and material receipts
  • Coordinate with warehouse on stored materials and billing documentation
  • Generate purchase orders for PM review and approval
  • Enter negotiated discounts into AQ by item/manufacturer
  • Double-check quantities and equipment against project plans and approved buyout books
  • Maintain organized documentation and provide inventory/project updates to stakeholders
  • Support project managers and finance teams with procurement and tracking needs

Successful candidates for this role are expected to possess the following attributes:

  • A great work ethic and interest in learning new concepts and growing with the job.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.
  • Must be comfortable with using a time-tracking software for payroll purposes.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background verification check during the final stages of the hiring process.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
  • Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
