Job Description:

• Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees in case of illness, injury, or emergency.
• Maintain and update health records, medical logs, and incident reports in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular health assessments, medical evaluations, and assist in pre-employment medical processing.
• Promote health and wellness programs, workplace safety, and employee education initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR and safety officers on occupational health standards, compliance, and reporting (e.g., DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing must be a Registered Nurse with an active PRC license.
• Preferably with BOSH Training (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) accredited by DOLE.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a company or clinical nurse experience in an industrial setting is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in occupational health standards, emergency response, and government health regulations.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
