Job Description

As a Loan Set-Up Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring prompt and efficient service to both Orion Lending's internal staff and our client's approved broker clientele. Your duties will include receiving and logging loan submissions, as well as meticulously inputting these submissions into the Orion Lending loan system.

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Night (Mon - Fri 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM)
Work Setup: Temporary WFH, Ortigas

What do you need to succeed

• One year of experience in mortgage banking preferred experience in an office environment required.
  
• Excellent telephone and communication skills.
  
• High school degree or GED.
  
• Computer literacy required.
  

Physical and Work Conditions:

• Standard office environment, equipment, and tasks, including work at a computer terminal. This position requires partial sitting and walking throughout the day. Employees must be open to work overtime to the requirements of the role.

• Receive and log loan submissions.
  
• Input loan submission into the Orion Lending loan system.
  
• Review submission for completeness.
  
• Review submission to ensure it meets Orion Lending compliance policy (TILA, RESPA, MDIA, QM, and minimum submission requirements).
  
• Contact broker or account manager regarding documents necessary to complete file.
  
• Register and issue initial loan disclosures. For denied files, perform those functions per Company policy as directed.
